- Use the secure upload link sent by the requesting company — no account is needed
- Upload your insurance documents once
- Receive automatic reminders before anything expires
- Provide proof instantly when requested
Vendors without current insurance may be denied site access or delayed from starting work.
Documents are uploaded using the secure link provided by the requesting company. If you do not have a link, ask the company to resend it. Do not create a Vaultaproof account.
