Vaultaproof operates on subscription billing. Because the Service is delivered instantly, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Monthly Plans
- Billed in advance.
- Cancel anytime; service remains active through the cycle.
- No partial refunds for unused time.
Annual Plans
- Billed for 12 months in advance.
- No refunds for mid-term cancellation.
- Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.
Billing Errors
Report suspected billing mistakes to info@vaultaproof.com within 30 days so we can investigate.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without contacting support may result in immediate suspension.
